Center of Behavioral Therapy and Consultation for OCD and Anxiety
Empowering individuals restricted by anxiety through compassionate and effective expert care.
Many people share their experience of feeling paralyzed by anxiety and having difficulty moving forward in the presence of uncertainty. Gradually, life becomes more insular, and time is often taken away from what matters most to them in life. People often suffer for years with anxiety-related disorders, letting their “what-ifs” dictate their decisions and limit the fullness of their life. If your life is being limited by anxiety, seeking treatment can help.
Courage is not the absence of fear, it is the assessment that something else is more important.”
Franklin D. Roosevelt

The Center of Behavioral Therapy and Consultation for OCD and Anxiety offers care by a licensed clinical psychologist and expert in anxiety-related disorders, providing evidence-based strategies to help instill hope, encourage people to gradually approach their fears, reduce their anxiety, recognize their own resilience, and make significant and lasting progress towards their goals and to live the life they want.
